The Covered Bridge Trail Association is open to Delaware Township Residents and horse owners who board in the township. In 1995 CBTA was conceived to provide expanded riding and socializing opportunities for Delaware Township riders.
CBTA has established a network of trails throughout much of Delaware Twp. and as membership increases we hope to expand the system even further. We have been able to accomplish by providing landowners with the following protections:
--the New Jersey Landowners Liability Law.
--the 1998 Equine Liability Immunity Act.
--a $1 million personal property insurance policy.
--a liability release form that every member of the association is required to sign.
--Rules for members that encourage
Courtesy to the landowners and Respect for their land.
